PARIVARTANA YOGA
Parivartana Yoga is said to occur when two planets interchange their positions, i.e. when a planet positions itself in a sign, whose lord is placed in the sign ruled by it; this planetary combination leads to the formation of Parivartana Yoga in a Rashi. It also implies also at the time of exchange in terms of houses and Nakshatras. ‘Parivartana’ stands for interchange, exchange or tuning around. The same happens with the Yoga with the same name. There are three kinds of Yogas which comes under the whole concept of Parivartana Yogas, which are Dainya Yoga, Kahala Yoga and Maha Yoga. The presence of Parivartana Yoga in a person’s Rashi makes an impact depending upon the planets as well as the nature of the exchange between them.
